Inventory Scan Fails to Connect to Core Through Cloud Service Appliance (CSA)

Issue:

 

Upgraded Cloud Service Appliance (CSA) to version 4.3, and have an agent configured with "Client Connectivity" to communicate through the Cloud Service Appliance (CSA).  Adaptive Settings has also checked for internal IP Address & verify Core on network - if so use dynamic.

 

Manually running inventory scan fails...

 

 

 

Resolution:

 

When you configure the gateway if you define the host entry for the core server it needs to be in the format of IP - Hostname - Hostname as opposed to IP - FQDN - Hostname.
